All About Me

My name is Savina Williams. I am from Fairfax, Virginia about 20 minutes from Washington, D.C. I have spent the last 20 years working in the field of social work, by supporting and coordinating services to individuals and their families with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I have a wealth of knowledge on federal, state, and departmental regulations, policies, and resources. Currently, I am a Training Coordinator for Fairfax County Government Community Services Board where my responsibilities are developing, designing, and facilitating trainings for current and newly hired case managers.

I earned a bachelor's in criminal justice and criminology from the University of Maryland College Park and also obtained a master's degree in education from George Mason University.
